Available as a single page (heart & stripes above) or as a multi-coloured book with a page for each chakra (two designs to choose from).

The single page comes in two sizes: to fit A6 or A5 size cards.

The 'Book' inserts will only fit the larger A5 size cards. The wording is the same as the chakra postcards below.
